The problem will go down to the government’s failure to strictly adhere to international conventions it had committed to. It fell short in putting prime consideration to protect the life and limb as well as the ecosystem with regards to the implementation of appropriate maritime policies. For so a long time even during previous regimes, our government failed to identify the sea lanes for vessels carrying bunker fuels and hazardous chemicals.

Accenture (Manila Delivery Center), as a company, has just officially launched an initiative to collect donations to the entire Accenture Community.
We are hoping to gather a sizeable number of goods and monetary donations for the affected people in Guimaras.
We will do our share to help.
