Webmarket believes that a good IA is the basis of usability. At the beginning of any project we work closely with content owners to audit current information and create improved hierarchies (taxonomies) to rationalize the structure of content,  such as finding out how data are organized and how users access them. This process is vital to the success of the project especially in large scale portals.

Usability Studies

Webmarket’s approach to usability is simple. We merge our passion for creating attractive interfaces  with our understanding of user behaviour and intuition. We focus on key concepts  such as  ease, efficiency, memorability and enjoyment, and apply our rigorous standards in all stages of the process, starting from the early prototypes,  such as the exploration and design concepts, up to the analysis of the beta and final adjustments. Our goal has always been and still is,  to design websites and applications that people enjoy and love to use.

Interaction Design

The behavior of a website or application and how users control this behavior is critical in understanding the overall user-experience in line with the objectives of the project. We have a team of specialists in interactive design, but the entire project team in involved in the process -  from the initial workshops and drawings on the blackboard, skeletal production of interactivity and finally up to the detailed documentation functionality.
