How is our work process?

We look for balance between design and technology

Find out how you can work with Webmarket step by step:

On this page you will learn about our work process, from the moment we receive an e-mail or a phone call from our client until we deliver or publish the project. Throughout the production process we maintain a close partnership with our clients (partners), helping and guiding them with decisions based on our criteria and experience.

Contacting us and requesting a quotation

The first step is to contact us for a quote. You can do this in several ways, but we recommend the following: register as a customer and then send us an e-mail with an explanation of the type of work or service for which you need the quotation. When we receive the e-mail, we will study your proposal and will respond with some questions or a budget propossal like this.

Confirm quotation and start working

Once we arrive to an agreement about the work content or service and we already have all the documents and audiovisual materials needed, we start working on a first demo (if the project requires it). It is normal to have many questions in the beginning. Don’t worry, we fully understand your need to contact us and we will deal with all queries as soon as we can.

Approve the demo and finish the project

When we have the demo ready and approved, we will continue the development until  completion. Before the delivery, we will test for quality standards and work with the client, resolving possible bugs, tweaks and making sure everything works properly.

Publishing, training and additional services

This is the most exciting part for our customers – when you finally see your project published on the internet (if applicable) and begin to administer it. In most cases, Webmarket includes training classes between 2 and 3 hours via remote connection and videotape. In this way, we ensure that customers have a technical know-how to self-manage their projects. We also offer web maintenance services at a competitive price.
